Very warm and very welcoming staff. Free parking is available. The rooms and facilities even outdated were clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. We loved the fact that there was great strong coffee available at a small additional charge even before breakfast.

The room was not clean properly, the towels had left over hair from previous guest, the shower was broken spraying everywhere and there was no curtain so it gets wet everywhere, also not very clean in the shower room. The room was cold so needed to ask for heater which blows hot air but not enough to heat the room as it was mid Jan. The walls were very thin and could hear other people talking late at night. The breakfast was a choice of 6-7 items and we didn't even bother with dinner when we saw the restaurant reviews. I could go on but have better things to do then remember that awful weekend...

The menu is badly translate in english and only one person from the front desk speaks well. It will be a big plus if they will improve this part!

A good place to stop if you are in tranzit and you want to stay 1-2 nights and visit the city.

The boy we met at the reception was very polite and cooperative, the rooms were clean, internet connection very good and my kids enjoyed it. Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, the only thing that bugged me on the next morning was the bitter coffee I had to drink before breakfast ordered at the reception. The girl was not very polite.

the food in the restaurant was quite bad, tasteless and looking like smth was just dropped on the plate, I have visited many places in Bulgaria, and this was the worst food I have tasted.

I didn't like the smell in the room, the fact that It wasn't very clean. The playground it has 2 little houses and 2-3 other things that are in a very poor shape and for us was very disappointing because the playground was one of the main reasons we choosed this hotel. (We were lucky to find a public playground in the back of the hotel).

I liked that the staff speaks english and they were kind to let us eat our food on the restaurant terrace. One other thing was that the bed was large enough for 2 adults and one child.

It would be nice to put air conditioning in the rooms. Shower isn't isolated in the bathroom and gets the floor wet.

Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. There is a restaurant downstairs. Parking was easy across the street. The hotel is pretty big and has 24 hour check in desk.

There were screaming children all over the place!

the sound coming from the restaurant was absolutely horrible.. even if we had earplugs it could not have been possible to get some sleep, the ground was shaking.. what were they thinking.. making a room right above the restaurant, they stopped the music at ~1 o'clock... everything else was also of low quality. NOT RECOMMENDED!

It is a slightly outdated hotel and seems to be intended only for Bulgarian tourists. The staff does not speak English, you can't pay by credit card at the hotel (in fact it seems to be a general problem in this city). One of the rooms had a hole in the ceiling, the sofas were damaged, the beds were creaking. But these things were to be expected (the price was not too high). The biggest problem was the totally unfriendly attitude of the staff. We were left to wait a long time for breakfast even though we announced we wanted to leave early as we were on our way to Greece. We were simply ignored while the rest of the Bulgarian guests were being served.

No elevator. No A/C in the bedroom. Very few amenities in the bathroom, no hairdryer. The most disappointing was the breakfast - limited choices of food and drinks. I would not take the BB option if I knew. No card payment option either.

No elevator. There is no AC in the room. The restaurant works only in the morning if you have breakfast included. Rooms need renovation. When you check in, they write your personal data from your ID on a piece of paper they claim they destroy after they transfer the data into their system.

Good value for money. You can park your car for free - there are spots available. Location is near the forest in a quiet place. It seems far away from the city center and museums at first, but it's only a 10-15 minute walk away.

No phone in the rooms to call in reception . They put us on the same floor as the kindergarten group of children who was very noisy at all time . In the he morning at 6:30 am ,they start to cut the grass around the hotel which was very unpleasant,because of the noise . Breakfast was poor ,the choice was small

The location of the place is good. The Room-a are good ,except the fact we were a couple and in the room was two separate beds . No phone in the rooms to call in reception . Bed broken, catfish not eatable…

The bed was broken. The mattress was hanging inwards the bed frame and was absolutely uncomfortable to lay in bed…The catfish at the restaurant was old and stinky when served. It was not eatable. Of course I told the server and returned it before eating it, but still had to pay for it. Had to leave in the middle of dinner and look for another restaurant downtown…
