Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaThe behavior of Ms. Balvinder was not acceptable and was displeasing. Kindly have a wide angle to see the guests which come to your hotel after a long travel.
First I would like to appreciate Ms. Geraldine for her wonderful approach. She handled the situation very well. Ms. Rutaba was also understanding and outstanding in her work. In the same desk Ms. Balvinder behaved very rude and probably the management should have some revision.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at City Season Tower Hotel , and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities at the hotel are top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, a luxurious spa, and a stunning pool area. The location is ideal just beside of Burjman Mall and very easy access to the mall , conveniently situated near popular attractions and public transportation. I was able to explore the city with ease and enjoyed the vibrant surroundings. Overall, my experience at two seasons Hotel was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic amenities made for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

NepalI stayed at the hotel for a day only but I must say that the location of the hotel is amazing. The hotel is right next to Bur Juman Mall and carrefour shop also the metro station is near. I did a little bit of last minute night shopping at the mall in my pajamas as it was just near the hotel.
