Located in Ha Long, Rita Cruise offers 2 days 1 night or up to 3 days 2 nights itinerary with major highlights of the bay including several caves, islands, beaches, and a floating village. Rita cruise surpassed our expectations. We stayed on the cruise ship over Christmas with our 3 young children and had the best time. The boat is beautiful, the staff were amazing right from the moment we booked and all through our stay and the activities and food were amazing. We would recommend this cruise to anybody. It’s the perfect way to see Ha Long bay with a bit of luxury.

We stayed in Oakland during Chinese New Year over 8 nights with 2 little kids. The hotel is exceptional, perfectly managed. The staff was extraordinarily engaged, professional, friendly. The breakfast was superb. We had a beautiful house for ourselves, which was build in a very high quality (e.g. regarding the materials). Every morning, several staff members cleaned up every corner (every surface, under the bed, windows,...) of our house over two hours. Within 10 minutes, you reach a large adventure park, a cable car, and the ferry port for Ha Long boat tours. The pool area was beautiful, decent gym, the beach was great (huge sand beach with the Ha Long Bay mountains in the background of the ocean.. spectacular). And they had an own 2-level house as a kids club, open from 9-5.

Beautiful location. I especially loved the ladies that gave us a massage. They took their time to and made sure we were completely relaxed from beginning to end. Unfortunately I have forgotten their names 🥺. The ferry to the hotel was also lovely. 5 start treatment.

Very well-equipped accommodation, great view, self check-in, very helpful owner. We were able to check in at 01:00 because the night bus was 2 hours late, the host helped us a lot and was committed.

It was very easy to check in, the owner came immediately after a call from the reception. The appartement was as on the pictures, even more beautiful! The sea view was AMAZING!!! There is a balcony where you could have a coffee/tea in the morning while admiring the view. It was even more breathtaking in the night time when the city lights out! Mr Thuy was amazing and helpful. We could ask anything, he made sure it’s done! He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!
