From check in to check out the service was amazing. Only a few bit that could be better (listed below). Abigirl checked us in she was so attentive and very welcoming. Jeff who did night shifts showed me around all the amenities. Inno the chef always made outstanding meals and took dietary requirements seriously . Food was amazing and very tasty (breakfast) . Given was an amazing assistant in serving breakfast . Always on his feet running in order to provide a quick service . Nonhlanhla also very polite . Even offered to take pictures for me and mum in the garden.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I happened to arrive earlier than the check in time and the staff managed to get the room ready for me. The hotel is very clean and organised, l would always book there when ever I m in Bulawayo. Thumbs up to the staff.

What a fabulous place! A large property with plenty of trees, plants and flowers scattered in a beautifully-tended park where you can walk and relax any time of the day. The central building is architecturally inspiring and stylishly furnished: it is the heart of the property with a comfortable dining room and a lovely bar where you can meet other guests, chat over a drink and enjoy delicious, well-prepared food. Our room was large, with a pleasant terrace, spotless clean and most comfortable, offering all the amenities we are used to at home. Indeed, we immediately felt at home, in a friendly environment going far, far beyond our expectations. The great secret of The Musketeers Lodge is that it has a vibrant soul: Liz and her staff were just fantastic, all so helpful and ready to go the extra mile to meet your expectations. Staying at The Musketeers Lodge and meeting you all was a true blessing and we'll never thank you enough for this. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. Very clean, spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and we had clean linen. A very beautiful garden to relax. The owner, Mrs Mwamuka was very friendly and helpful at all times and the workers were just amazing. I will definitely recommend this place.
