We enjoyed drinks in the bar and the prices were very reasonable. We ate in the bar and the food was well priced and very good.❤️ We had coffee and a sandwich in the cafe and the service and prices were also good. We had a great view of the city and the room was clean and comfortable.❤️ We had breakfast here each morning, often there was a lineup to get in but it didn’t take long to get a seat. The food was a buffet style, there was a choice of a hot or cold breakfast. There was bread to toast, pastries, cooked vegetables, eggs (no shortages here), bacon, sausage, and pancakes. The fresh fruit was outstanding, so fresh and delicious. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of juices were available.❤️ The staff were quick to clean the tables so that others could use them as people finished their meal - this is a hotel whose staff are customer focussed. We were traveling from central PA to visit the Statue of Liberty and didn't want to make the trip in one day, so we decided to get lodging the night prior to our day trip. We debated on whether to stay in New Jersey or New York. We searched for rooms and this motel in Jersey City seemed like a good choice. It was perfect. We walked to a coffee shop in Jersey City and felt quite safe. We passed many solo joggers, mothers with small children and bicyclists. The part of the city we were in was very clean. After landing at Liberty, we rented a car for our tours of NYC. Finding and paying for parking in NYC was a difficulty I could live without. Fortunately, most tolls were paid with the car rental agreement. The Secaucus location was perfect for driving, but the buses stop right outside the hotel. If it were available to guests, more information on bus routes to the City's main attractions, as well as details on paying for bus and subway toll passes and wheelchair accessibility, would be helpful and might change how a traveler chooses to get around.Guest review byReyesUnited States - 6.0

There was nothing showing how much it will cost us for parking - transparency. towels / wash clothes seem to be in short supply ever time we asked, so we had to keep going back / forth.
