perfectly friendly, all neccessary (and the relevant few more!) facilities here, so a perfect 10 out of 10 points! I stayed in 4 hotels during my Taiwan trip and this is the best accommodation among them. Best location in town, just 5 mins from the Main station and you can go every where from there (by any means of transport). The description of the hotel and the room is precise. Towels and toiletries in the bathroom were provided. We're even offered free drinks in the bar in the evening (but we're too tired to try that day).

The location was super convenient, just right next to the metro station. Staff were very friendly, we received recommendations for activities in Taipei such as which night market or nearby villages to visit, thank you Luna! The room and bathroom were clean, the toilet seat was an experience, but well maybe that's standard in Taiwan.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional and we are sure to return back to the hotel because of the experience Steve, Andy and their team gave us. The staff were courteous, super clean and comfortable rooms and washrooms, great location ( centrally located), great breakfast spread which was super delicious- we were amazed by the variety served on all the eight days we stayed. Complimentary night snacking too were provided at the reception area between 9 pm and 5 am. Steve left us a thank you note as he wasn't around while we checked out on the last day ! We are avid travellers and have stayed in multiple hotels, this was the first time we felt deeply touched while leaving a hotel, we felt like we were leaving our home ! Thank you for the experience team 🙏 We'll come back for sure.

    Great transport and easy to move around.

    Great transport and easy to move around. Based in Taipei and I took day trips such as Sun Moon Lake and the Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen to some places of interest. Stayed 3 days at Beitou - love the hot spring bath in my hotel room and had relaxing time. Attended 3 days of silent retreat at Pingxi too.
