AMAZINGLY comfy beds, the duvet and pillows were so soft & we had the best sleep. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, happy and helpful. Great location, near the pier as well as beach, cafes and short walk to bars & restaurants. Great value for money, we enjoyed our short stay.

    The hotel is fantastic, it has a nice relaxed beach atmosphere, different from the other hotels nearby that seem more noisy. The rooms are perfect, I loved the bathroom, the beds and pillows are super comfortable. There are lots of options for breakfast. The pool is perfect too. Only compliments to the staff, from the reception to the breakfast, everyone was kind and helpful. I loved everything and would definitely stay here again.

    hotel location was amazing. in the heart of phi phi but just enough out of the way where we could enjoy a relaxing time by the pool. The beds were super comfy. We had the best sleep here. The breakfast was lovely and had a great range of food. Service at reception was great. They brought out bags to our room when we arrived and offered to bring back to the pier for us when we were leaving. Very hospitable.

    We really liked our terrace with the view at the garden which makes you feel like you're in the middle of the jungle. The room was clean, big and cozy. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good with a lot of choices (continental and asian). The beach is really beautiful and there is enough space on the beach chairs. So all in all..Great place to be close to nature and relax.

    It's very nice to get a Service of picking up and dropping us off at the Pier by longtail boat. The view of the villa is good, and quiet. The Bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed this Trip. And we can easily booked a all-day longtail boat trip on beach in front of the hotel.

    Phi Phi Island would have been better as a day trip.

    Phi Phi Island would have been better as a day trip. Food at area restaurants was not so good. Cheeseburger was not good meat. Spring rolls at another restaurant was not appetizing. And cheeseballs at cafe don were nasty and the fish was burnt. All smoothies were delicious. Hated pushy vendors.

    Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet.

    Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet. It's over commercialized, and touristy. The resorts are overpriced for their services and amenities. However we loved Long Beach. It was a beautiful beach. If you like tea, I recommend you bring it from home. It's very hard to find good black tea in Thailand. And when you do, there are limited choices and It's very pricey.
