Staff goes out of their way, despite some wrongdoings of the beach bar waiters their manager offered compensation and such was offered on another occasion. Thus mistakes occur but much unlike EU hotels discount or compensation is immediately available. Fantastic property with some mediocre guest service from time to time but always happy to help and sort out the trouble. Lovely dinners at the beach and some amazing shows with fireworks and fire show. The beach feels private and is very well kept with a dedicated space and loungers assigned tof each villa which is what should be done at each decent property but is exemption (loved the comfort) plus meal and drink service catered right to you while you're resting and enjoying the beautiful landscape. We had the chance to have this accomodation and the view especialy during the sun rise in unreal! The food is delicious, the location has one of the best view on the island, the ambiance is very cute and cosy. The pool and patio are beautiful too and never too crowded. We had an outdoor shower which makes the experience even better. Also, the hotel offers a shuttle if you need to go up and down the hill (it is very steep). The staff is always in a good mood and very arranging. It is not a negative point, but if you don't have your own scooter and rely on the shuttle (stops at 12) staying at the Jungle Club might limit your options to go explore in the evenings.Guest review byAmélieCanada

I love it here . Has everything and anything. For me I like the beach , the restaurants, the markets and am happy to do that all day at one of the beach front bungalows. But there is plenty of night life if you want it . A lively place, lovely locals, easy to go other places on the island with taxis . The beach is beautiful. Warm water . Food and drinks along the beach .lots to see and do in the town. So many restaurants to choose from . Capybara cafe is so funny had a great time there . Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Stayed on the beach and didn't venture in to the town of Chaweng, or the high street, didn't need to. A mix of resorts and hotels on the beach, from 5* to 3*, all offering great locations, food and friendly service. Some were child friendly, and very shallow waters safe for kids or non swimmers. I wouldn't go back. I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down. Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it. Chaweng is a beautiful destination for a chill out holiday The Jungle Tour is definitely worth doing & don't be afraid to barter the price Lots of eateries with great selection of food to choose from Fishermans Market is very pretty at night & there are bargains to be had If you hire a car or scooter - by careful if you like to dabble in the Green because the Police will pull you over & you will get a hefty fine - not worth it - grab a taxi or the local rides (which are cheap)Guest review byRuth WalkerUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water. Do NOT let the reviews that say that this beach is "busy, loud, too crowded" deter you from coming. We were here in January-February during peak season and it was perfect! Never too crowded and never too empty. Perfect in my experience, I would come back.
