The hotel has been sympatically renovated to a high standard in keeping with the rustic old look, garden were very pretty, stairs to veranda room were quirky, the meal in the restaurant was homemade & delicious. Pirot is a small town so you can make the most of your stay by walking around and sight seeing, we specifically went to Vlasi village which has beautiful mountains and a small river, the perfect escape from your hectic city life into a quite serene nature haven. Pirot and it's surroundings offer so much. Waterfalls, lakes, hiking. The town itself can be explored in a couple of days, worth it. However, you might find there is insufficient information and must rely on navigation. Otherwise, food is good and 20% cheaper than in Belgrade.
