We stayed at the hotel for three nights and didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, everything was perfect. I genuinely believe this is the best hotel in the city, possibly in the entire region. We stayed in many hotels during our trip, so we have something to compare it to. A special thanks to the staff for their genuine friendliness and warmth. The restaurant staff were attentive and professional. The cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and everything felt brand new. Every day, they provided us with herbal tea in a thermos. There were many thoughtful gestures from the hotel, from gifts for the kids to a festive breakfast on Christmas morning. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, in a new part of the city. It has easy parking and plenty of shops nearby. If you’re going to Brașov, don’t hesitate to stay at QOSMO!

we had the apartment which is amazingly big with TV in every room. very clean and staff very nice. breakfast more than fine with all needed. the pool seems a bit small but we didn't have a problem in having a dip and very nice saunas as well.

    - the room was very spacious and had enough cabinets to put our stuff in. - the balcony had an amazing view of the mountains and was probably one of the biggest balconies I've seen in my past travel experience. - the hotel itself has a very elegant design and atmosphere and houses some facilities included with the room such as three indoor swimming pools (both unheated and heated), a jacuzzi, and a gym. - the hotel is within a 10 minute walking distance from the telefrik. A few notes on that:     a) Timings are from 9 AM to 4 PM. But PLEASE BE MINDEFULL to plan to be at the Telefrik no later than 3:45 PM and earlier if its peak season because the last call is at 4 PM and my girlfriend told me that you can and might be left up there with a small hotel cafe that may or may not have accommodation available. Don't risk it because a long line will form closer to that last call.     b) If you are not going skiing I would recommend just taking the ticket with return (RON 120 both ways), otherwise if you are skiing and will be staying there for a few days take the package they offer for I think 3 days min which let's you use the Telefrik as many times as you want.    c) they have a shop that rents ski equipment. - the hotel has a big smart TV which was perfect for us. - I like that they have a small magnified mirror in the bathroom which helped me while I shaved. - the staff are very friendly and accommodating to your requests.

    The view from the rooms facing the mountain is amazing, everything was green. The animals around added to the atmosphere. There were miniature horses, it's a shame there was no one to accompany us and let us into their territory. The petting was just over the fence. Still, that didn't stop the kids from enjoying them. The place does not have an elevator, this should be taken into account when lifting large luggage. The rooms were comfortable, make sure your room doesn't face the restaurant chimney (one of the rooms that doesn't face the mountains) The playground in the yard was very enjoyable. A place I would return to on our next stay.

    The view was breathtaking, it was like a fairytale because it snowed and we had wine near the campsite and the folk music was perfect for that evening ..."a venit iarnaaa". Moreover the kids had a lot of activities during the day, too many I would say to choose from - it is exhausting for the parents to go to all of them...

    Climb the hill to the Brasov sign! You won't regret the views, hike. Great local food at Haplei restaurant. Parking is difficult in town so, getting around is not easy. We had heavy rain for 2 solid days so, our hiking excursions were negated (amazing hiking is nearby).

    The location is great with excellent views! The room was pretty large and clean, however, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation and illumination in the shower area. Other than that, everything was nice & neat. :)

    Beautiful place to escape to for some quiet, and just a 20-minute bus ride to the historic center of Brasov. It's also a quick taxi ride to a couple of caves and historical sites near Rasnov. Lots of hiking and a gorgeous spa -- basically, something for everyone. Restaurants along the main road/lake area play loud pop/folk music constantly, so if quiet is important to you, book further up the road. Be prepared that dining options are limited and a bit expensive as it's a resort town, but you have grocery stores and more restaurant variety nearby in the city for a pinch.

    Great base for traveling over to Brasov, Bran Castle, Rasnov Fort, Dino Park Much more chilled area. Wonderful La Prominada restaurant down the road. Playground inside & outside, lovely staff and will deliver food to guest house. Also lovely walk in forest just beside there. Rasnov Fort is closed. But still a fun adventure to go up into the outer walls. Lift or walk up steps. Go to Dino Park just beside on the same day I suggest.

    There are a lot of accomodations, for all tastes and purses. You can find a lot of good restaurans( I liked Vallahia Inn very much). It is very busy on weekends and the traffic on the main road to Bran can get to a standstill. It is a good starting point for hikers for Bucegi Mt. or Piatra Craiului. One can also go to Bran, Fundata, Rasnov, Brasov etc

    Făgăraș is located almost halfway between the larger cities...

    Făgăraș is located almost halfway between the larger cities of Brașov and Sibiu, both of which have a well-known tourist reputation. However, it is worth taking the time to stop in Făgăraș. Făgăraș is a tourist destination in its own rights. The Făgăraș Fortress is a must-see! There is a wide variety of restaurants and food options available. The Daffodil Meadow is a great place for nature lovers and is only 25 minutes away. There are also several monasteries within 20–25 minutes that are not to be missed.

    Beautiful nature, fresh air, nice people, a lot to see around if you have a car. I recommend to go to 7 Ladders Canyon, it's only few minutes drive away from Sacele. Salt mines are great, Bran's castle also not far if you drive. Be careful with Tampa mountain - we chose the entrance up in hill and it was very hard hike, but if you choose entrance down the hill where funikuler should be (it is under reconstruction now) then hike is easier.

    Brasov is obviously an old Germanic town.

    Brasov is obviously an old Germanic town. The charming town centre is well preserved. Some of the Saxon walls remain.. Nice countryside around not to mention Count Dracula's castle nearby. At the moment the funicular/cable car up to Mount Tampa is undergoing renovation but there are lots of paths up to the top.
