The location is great and very calm but yet, only 5 minutes in taxi boat from the main area. The owners are extremely nice and helpful and their food was excellent

Very nice place. Friendly, helpful, caring hosts. The cabins are surrounded by beautiful trees. Red frogs can be seen. Festive, delicious dinner with a glass of wine.

We had a wonderful time at this place. You are surrounded by jungle. The huts are very cozy and they have everything you need. Jen is the host of this accommodation and she lovingly takes care of her guests. There is a delicious breakfast and she helps you organize any activities you want to do. We will remember this accommodation for a long time.

Great,fresh breakfast with tasty local ingredients. Brian, Daniel and Choco were extremely kind , accommodating and helpful.

Hostal Cay is set in Bastimentos and features a bar. The guest house has family rooms. Free WiFi is accessible to all guests, while selected rooms also offer a terrace.

Really nice locally owned hostel right by the water :) great chill out area and my stay was made even better by the amazing volunteers who were so amazing and nice!! The hostel is clean and tidy, shared dorm has big lockers and private rooms were very spacious. The Zapatilla tour I booked through the hostel was super fun, we even got to go fishing and caught barracudas. I had a very memorable time in Bastimentos because of this hostel and would highly recommend it to everyone :)

We stayed at Eclypse de Mar in one of their hotel rooms for five nights, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The setting is breathtaking—nestled in nature, surrounded by clear waters and lush greenery. The overwater bungalows and the eco-friendly design make the property truly unique. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed us to completely disconnect and relax. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. It felt cozy and in harmony with the natural environment around us. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, whether you’re into snorkeling, hiking, or just soaking in the beauty of Bocas del Toro. We had a wonderful time at Carmen and Marcel’s place. They immediately made us feel at home in their little heaven, it was amazing! + food was delicious!! I can only recommend this beautiful house!
