The staff was great and the offer everything you need, even including laundry service, the option to print papers (free if wanting to print plane or train tickets!). Access to spa, although I didn't use it this time

Location was excellent; connect to everything with a walking distance eg. train station, supermarket, restaurants, pedestrian street, university. Receptionist was so helpful and quick check-in. This is the biggest hotel in Daugavpils, definitely stay here again. Recommend to choose the business room.

Perfect location and equipment. Dont look any further when this place is available. We extended our stay because it was above expectations. Parking in the yard. Good instructions with exact sequence of pictures to follow.

Everything was perfect! The studio apartment was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated – a lovely little place to relax. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras like tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, and shower gel – it made us feel truly welcome. There were even puzzles and board games, which would be great for families with small children. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again! Also the pace where very close to city centre. 10 out of 10! 🫶🏼👍🏼
