The floating houses are beautifully located on the river with view upon the mountains, since it’s a bit out of the city it’s very peaceful and quiet. It’s only the boats passing by on the river that makes noise. The house is modern with a large bedroom and bathroom. The included breakfast is really good and filling with homemade bread, croissants and good coffee. Staff is helpful and helped us organise a boat that picked us up at our own terrace at the house. They organise shuttles to the city as well (although it’s only 15 min walk). All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and could easily have stayed longer and will definitely come back.

Brand new hotel in good condition, our room was equipped with a silent ceiling fan as well as AC, but the room was always cool without the AC even it's 36°c outside Big and confortable bed, hot shower and balcony with a view of the mountain The staff is really friendly and helpful, WiFi is fast and stable and it's located close to many delicious restaurants No noise at night, 5 min away from the sunset on the bridge I will stay there again if I need accommodation here

I had an amazing stay! The bungalow was literally right on the river, with big windows that gave me a breathtaking view of both the water and the mountains from the moment I woke up. In the mornings, the mountains were covered in mist, which made the scenery absolutely magical. The staff were wonderful—always helpful and kind. They assisted me with extra tickets, laundry, and anything else I needed. The room was spotless, and everything was well taken care of. A truly memorable stay—I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room is very clean and tidy. The staff always smile and welcome us. They helped us book a car to Vietnam. The breakfast is only 50,000kip but includes food and fruit juice. I really recommend everyone to have breakfast here.

Awesome new resort. So quiet with amazing views over the river and mountains. Its 2 KM from the village but the team takes you by car anytime so Its not an issue. Totally worthy if you want to relax in a beautiful environment. Tasty breakfast!
