We visited in winter, the room was well heated, the owner of the place was charming and friendly, the price is very reasonable and the service is excellent. The location is also very convenient - minutes away from the center of Varallo but far enough from the center that there is plenty of parking.

Two good bathrooms, washing machine, kitchen etc. Everything we needed. Very friendly staff. Let us leave our luggage in our room the day of departure s we could come back after skiing to change before we left. Would love to come back!

Stunning location, very quiet, with views over the village but a few minutes' walk to shops, interesting museum etc., and a few mins drive to wide variety of restaurants and excellent wine producers. Breakfast continental but copious, with wide time-slot (7.30 - 9.30). The building and the decor inside wonderfully individual & well maintained, super-clean with state-of-the-art bathroom. I had not thought of staying there before, but now I'd say it's worth a detour.

Second time here. The room is perfect, with a natural and beautiful garden. Every morning when I wake up, I can see the sunshine through the green leaves. In addition, Jasmina is the best B&B host ever. She prepares one special Italian food for me everyday. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent B&B with an extremely friendly and forthcoming host. They accommodated our late arrival, served an excellent breakfast and enabled us a relaxed and most enjoyable break after a long journey! The house is extremely tastefully decorated in a mix of modern and retro style with a lot of wood and marble. Fresh flowers were waiting for us. The main bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom huge and well equipped. There was plenty of parking possibilities on the street just outside the house, which was as advertised.

We arrived to hotel with my son very late. Due to avalanche road to Alagna was closed. Our host picked us 15 km prior, fixed transfer to hotel. Service was amazing and friendly during our stay-never ever seen before. Top!!
