- From US$601.90 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 552 reviewsWe spent 5 days in Albergo Posta Marcucci. It was fantastic time especially because of very kind and helpful staff. Starting from check-in until check-out we fill like in between good friends. The rooms are comfortable, and everything was as it should be. The pools are really very warm, and we feel relaxing in the bath and at the couches. The restaurant has excellent food as well at the breakfast and the dinner. I strongly recommend this Hotel not only to spend a time at the pool but also to make a short trips across Tuscany countryside, visiting nice towns nearby. Many thanks to the Hotel Manager for his help in time organisation.Guest review byKristofPoland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 681 reviewsLoved, loved, loved. A little piece of heaven in heavenly Tuscany, in the Murlo region. All the staff were great, and the owners lovely. It is great value for the money! We stayed in the farmhouse with our own pool for just the 4 rooms there and there was another pool on the property that we went to when a family with a child arrived. :) The restaurant has great food and the wine is delicious. We loved their Vermintina! We had 2 bedroooms with 2 bathrooms and a deck with table. Such value for the money! Thanks to everyone at Casabianca for treating us like family and making our stay so memorable.Guest review byPamCanada

The hotel has just been renovated in some areas, rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast near the pool was delicious and the restaurant was very good as well. Siena is full of wonderful architecture, art and places to enjoy BUT for anyone interested in the early Sienese painting of Duccio et al NB the Pinacoteca Nazionale has closed the entire floor of early paintings for the foreseeable future for upgrading the eco standards etc from August 2025. A major gap!Guest review byAdamUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We went to several walled cities on our few days in Tuscany. San G was our absolute favorite. Very clean and the food was amazing. Be prepared to walk a lot up hill, but that's the same with any Tuscany walled city.Guest review byDeborahUnited States - 10.0

Absolutely LOVE Montepulciano; I have spent extended time here and brought a friend for 2 nights which she thought was perfect. Allowed enough time to see the town, enjoy long meals and leisurely walks to see everything and do some shopping while not having to rush - views are spectacular and people are all so nice and most have enough English to adequately communicate if you don't know any Italian. Wine is fantastic everywhere and it's not priced like a tourist town - prefer it to San Gimignano, Cortona, Orvieto, Todi and Assisi if you only have time to do one (they are all worth visiting though!). Train to Chiusi then bus straight into town if you don't want to rent a car - super simple & reliable schedule but there is free parking and plenty of paid lots if you do rent a car. Also centrally located with, easy visits to several smaller towns like Pienza, and Lucignano if you do have a car and want to extend your stay in same property.Guest review by629 - 10.0

Pienza is a fantastic hilltop town with wonderful views over the Val D'Orcia valley. It has wonderful streets, restaurants, and historical sites to explore. My morning coffee and croissant in Piazza Magiore will stay in my memory for a long time. You have to go back there and basta :)Guest review byPawełPoland - 6.0
Beautiful Tuscan town.
Beautiful Tuscan town. But the two main churches are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, if you can believe it... Better stay in Peinza or Montepulciano. But Sant'Antimo Abbey, 10 kms away, is a world wonder.Guest review byChristopheFrance - 8.0
The town is nice.
The town is nice. It is a quiet time of the year, but the merchants we encountered were friendly. The Terme Theia was ok, but the management inflexible when I tried to inform them of a booking error within 24hours of making it they did not reply to my emails, and when I spoke to the they said that once I paid there was no refund or changes. I prefer the Terme sensoriale, but unfortunately they are only open on weekendsGuest review byKathleenItaly - 8.0
The apartement was even nicer than pictures.
The apartement was even nicer than pictures. There was oil and a bit of vinegar as well as salt and pepper. It would have been nice to have a few more amenities. The pool looked really nice but we did not have time to take advantage of it. Check in was easy even though we arrived very late at night. Same for the check out.Guest review byPatriciaCanada - 10.0
I have been to Tuscany more times than I can count.
I have been to Tuscany more times than I can count. This is my first time stopping in and staying in Colle di Val d'Elsa. The location is very close to all the major sites in Tuscany. Volterra and San Gimignano are extremely closeby as well as Chianti. There is a charm to the old town area of Colle di Val d'Elsa, not a ton of tourists like the other sites in the area.Guest review byD. CaronanItaly - 10.0
Good town close to many attractions we never got to.
Good town close to many attractions we never got to. Wineries and scenery exceptional. Pleasant and friendly people who help non Italian speaking tourists. So many places within a short distance access for walkers cyclists or car drivers. It's isolation makes it more special.Guest review byRosAustralia - 10.0

Fantastic little town with tonnes of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The museum ticket is great value as it gets you into lots of the historic sights. We enjoyed the weaponry exhibit as you were allowed to hold and try on the different artefacts which was cool! We parked nearby and paid with card on exit (only line up at the ticket machine if you’re paying cash). The onsite wine shop (connected to the popular winery near by) was delicious too. Would definitely recommend this town for people to visit and dine at!Guest review byLyndalAustralia
