- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 52 reviews….we liked a 1000 things: the location close to La Morra, in between famous vineyards and just below the famous cedar tree, landmark of the region - accessible for guests. The quietness, the incredible views, the great pool, the apartment itself and the very helpful host Valerio who supplied us with valuable recommendations in advance helping us to care for restaurant reservations in time. It was always possible to reach out for him in case of any questions, great service! We stayed at the apartment Gorette, with great views from all windows, the cosy balcony and the terrace (breakfast with view onto the cedar tree!), well equipped kitchen and spacious living room - and everything was extremely well maintained, looked as new. We will definitely be back!Guest review byBrittaBelgium

Perfect for those who enjoys the quiet and the nature. We very much enjoyed staying in the attic room, being very spacious and finely furnished. The bathroom was also super spacious with double shower and a bathtub. The service is impeccable and the staff is very kind and helpful. Dinner in the restaurants is high quality, as well as the breakfast à la carte, offering different options. We enjoyed the view on the snowy mountains from the restaurant! The wellness center was quiet enjoyable! In general our stay exceeded our expectations and we definitely will come back!Guest review byRamonaItaly

Alba has everything you need.
Alba has everything you need. Shops, restaurants and all amenities. There is free parking in the large carpark near the station. The older part of town is very pretty and full of wine and truffle shops. We did a wine tasting at the historic Pio Cesare which you need to organise in advance.Guest review byElizabethUnited Kingdom - 10.0
We had a truly wonderful stay at Week Mor.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Week Mor. It is hard to imagine a better place from which to discover the Barolo region. The apartment is beautifully designed — a real showcase of taste and style — and everything was perfectly cared for. The hospitality we received was flawless, and we felt genuinely welcomed from the very first moment. A heartfelt thank you to Elisa, who greeted us so kindly and, with her excellent English, gave us all the information we needed not only about the apartment but also about the region. Her help made our stay even more special. We will be so happy to come back at the very first opportunity.Guest review byGregAustralia - 6.0

Went to Bra on a hockey trip during August which is when a lot of shops and restaurants are closed so struggled to find authentic cuisine. This is not a tourist town but one of the biggest in the area. You will need a car to see more of this lovely region.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Barolo is a famous and cute little italian village and the best vine on Earth (to me personally). :) We had a lovely walk around in this region with my husband on our latest visit and we loved its magical vineyard hills even more than the village itself. Because sadly the only downside (like with many similarly famous italian areas) is that it can become quiet busy and crowded with too many tourists and not so enjoyable if you prefer a more peaceful relaxing holiday like us. It is definitely worth to visit the village too, to grab an ice cream or an aperitivo but having long walks outside in its beautiful vineyard hills is a must have for a true and authentic Piemonte experience! :) It is very easy to get around in the vineyards of Barolo also by foot or by bike or scooters but would recommend to pay a visit not only in summer time but also during spring or autumn when its less crowded probably.Guest review byDenesItaly - 10.0
Monforte d'Alba was a dream.
Monforte d'Alba was a dream. The town was so sweet and full of incredible restaurants and such nice people. It's pretty steep so wear shoes with good soles if you plan to walk to the top of the town and see the clocktower - which is a must, the view is absolutely worth it! There's a wine shop that has all local Monforte d'Alba wines. I'm still dreaming of the macchiato and brioche con crema normale at the Grappolo d'Oro bar in the piazza. The church was beautiful too!! But really the scenery, fresh air, and countryside stole the show.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

One of the prettiest wine villages in the Barbaresco region (although they are all quite lovely). Surrounded by vineyards and excellent high quality local restaurants in the old centre. A couple of great pizza restaurants in the main village down the hill for when you want something a bit simpler. Many local wine villages to visit by car, although it is possible to walk via the “sentieri” paths if you can find a good map (not easy!). We walked to Barbaresco which was a lovely circular walk (about an hour and a half each way with lots of stops)Guest review byPaulaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Barbaresco is the Queen of Langhe (if the Barolo is the King). It is a must visit if you travel to Piedmont because it is embodiment of the rel values and qualities that the one would expect to find on such a travel. It is the place and the region where you can have a great wine, but also learn about many wonderful families and meet wonderful people that are producing the wines of Barbaresco. It is a place with history on each step of your way, an amazing small villages each one of it with the distinctive local history and a landscape with wonderful small castles and an endless view on the vineyars that is captivating. Plan your stay for a several days and if possible plan a day per village - it is the trully amazing experience that you will have in each one of it. Taste the wine that have been produced from the wine yard that you can see in front of you and learn about the people and places where it is produced. Highly recomended fro wine lovers, but also for a family visits.Guest review byOgnenNorth Macedonia - 10.0
