Everything was fine with our stay in Palolem close to the beach and to all restaurants for a good breakfast. The owner is very kind and also included in the rate our laundry. Our room was equipped with fridge and TV. Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows each and most important was very clean!

It was a delightful surprise to be personally greeted by the General Manager at check-in, a touch that instantly made us feel valued and welcome. This commitment to exceeding expectations was mirrored by every member of staff we encountered. A special mention must go to Sukhdev, the Food and Beverage Manager, whose attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our dining experiences were flawless truly elevated our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him or indeed any of the staff; their polite and helpful demeanor was consistent throughout our visit. Our room was a haven of comfort and tranquility. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, it provided the perfect retreat after days spent exploring or relaxing by the pool. Speaking of which, the hotel's location is idyllic. Situated directly on the beach, with the soothing sounds of the waves just steps away, it offered a sense of serenity while still being conveniently close to local amenities. The culinary offerings at the Calungate Park Hotel were simply outstanding. The Christmas Day brunch was a magnificent feast, a true celebration of flavors and festive cheer. But honestly, every meal was a delight, from the beautifully presented breakfasts to the delicious à la carte options. The quality and freshness of the food were evident in every bite. The Park Hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect blend of luxurious comfort, exceptional service, and a stunning location.     It was a rough start . Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. That could have ruined our whole holiday . But thank god manager Payas came to our rescue. Although he was knocking off work for the weekend he say we were distressed and came to our rescue. He stayed the hour checking us in showing us to our room making sure we were comfortable . I must commend him on his professionalism and the way he handled our grievances. Further to this he went the extra mile of organising my daughters sixteen birthday celebrations with a special cake and decor at his expense although he was on leave for the weekend he had his staff make sure everything was perfect. Hotel Zuri is truly blessed to have an amazing manager as Payas. My family and I want to thank him for making our stay memorable. Thank u so much Mr. Payas Pal Singh, we wish you all the best .

    Location - 4.5/5 Food - 3.5/5 Cleanliness - 5/5 Swimming pool - 4/5 Breakfast - 3.5/5 (not suitable for foreigners), and less options for Indians, it was not proper continental breakfast Sea side - 5/5 no property in between direct access to sea shore from resort Beach - 3/5 as you can't swim there but can walk in calm environment and explore near by local restaurant for better sea food option. Staff politeness - 5/5 Overall - 4/5

    Presently Goa is going under a lot of good maintenance work.

    Presently Goa is going under a lot of good maintenance work. They are operating bridges and also so the traffic become very hectic. Also I noticed that the tourist drive very rash and they don’t see the crowd should be managed like you know the traffic police and traffic department should take care of this thing that it can be a safe for people around their driving And also the pedestrian who walk they walk blindly like they don’t even care about the cars coming in and the bikes driven by tourist. They don’t even care how they drive. They drive very fast and rest. That’s one thing traffic should be controlled in Goa and the traffic etiquette.
