Best hotel experience so far, in general, not only in Bali. Beautiful property, clean and well taken care of. The rooms are big, breakfast is good and the staff is the best. Special thanks to Aditia, Eka and Yuli from the reception, Dela for taking care of us during our lovely candle dinner and breakfast and Ketut for being the best driver, so attentive and caring during our day trip around Ubud. In general, it was a pleasure staying in this hotel!

The staff at this resort were absolutely excellent, and made it a very relaxing experience for us. Shoutout Suzanne and the rest of the staff for taking extra care with my boyfriend’s nut allergy and making us feel very comfortable. The rooms were beautiful, and we felt the spa and food were good value. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a calmer, more romantic or relaxing holiday!

We had a really wonderful stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and helped plan our time during our stay in Ubud and for getting to our next destination in Bali. They think about the details, for example the welcoming foot massage and tea was much appreciated after our long trip. The hotel is very nicely decorated. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. Really enjoyed the banana pancakes and the steamed banana with coconut. We also ate at the restaurant and it was also good. The free afternoon tea with Balinese cake is also a nice touch and the cakes were very tasty. Nice rooftop view too, where they also hold the free yoga classes (also enjoyed this!) We did their North East Bali tour and it was very good, the guide, Suarte(?) was really friendly and told us a lot about Balinese culture and history. We also had a massage in the spa and it was very good and a very reasonable price. We also used their airport pick up service which worked very well and was also a fair price. Overall we really recommend!

The staff is extremely helpful and kind, so they made us feel like in home. The place is close to the center of Ubud but at the same time is far away from the hustle and bassle.     Breakfast was made to order and exceeded my expectations for sure. You order the night before and it is delivered to your room to be enjoyed in your garden. You can opt for a floating breakfast but our mornings were a bit too chilly for that so we will do that next time! We loved having our own private pool and the outside bathroom was massive and designed perfectly to maintain privacy. Wifi connection was great. Room service food was also better than I expected it to be. The location is a bit out of town but there are free shuttles a few times a day and Nau Villa provides a taxi service that is very affordable and on par (or cheaper) than other offers around. If you imagine yourself wanting to be in the centre of Ubud every day then this place might not be for you. But if you want to balance your stay with some relaxation and then temple tours (that are not in the centre of ubud) then this place will work for you!

The pool is stunning, creating a serene atmosphere that makes you feel immersed in nature, despite being just moments away from the heart of Ubud. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring delicious à la carte mains included in the rate, always offering fantastic options. The spa services were equally impressive. We had a massage in the spa villa, which turned out to be a truly unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, we will be returning on our next trip to Bali!

    We have booked a double room and the view over the jungle is amazing, which can be enjoyed from the balcony or even shower. The staff is very kind and helped us with any request. The resort has a restaurant on site, where the guests can have lunch or dinner too. It is also possible to have yoga class or book day trips on different itineraries at the hotel directly. Lastly, the pool overlooks the jungle, being ideal for relaxation.

    The resort is amazingly beautiful. The pictures don’t capture the feeling of serenity, one with nature and bliss that you get when you are there. We stayed in Tent 2 and the views to the jungle were breathtaking. Although it rained continuously while we were there, we filled our time with massages and view watching from our bed.

    It was nice for a few days ,weather wasn't great because it is tropical but it.means it is lush and green . We went to the elephant sanctuary and monkey forest which were both great . There are lots of bars and good places to eat in ubud itself. Barter at the markets you can get someone good deals . We did the bali swing which was fun

    It is remote location with not much accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Recommended for people who prefer calm and quiet area and has vehicle for commutation. No spas available nearby, need to go to Ubud center.

    It's a lovely area much quieter than Ubud but still lots of cafes etc. The Instagrammers taking selfies is a bit over the top...but they're everywhere. Great views of the rice terraces and beautiful waterfalls and temples in the area.

    The beautiful areas of Sukawati require a car/driver. We went to the art market which was nice, but you could get this art anywhere in Bali for the same price. I hadn't been before and wouldn't stay here again, it's a bit 'commercial' and not tailored to tourists. The villas we stayed in were beautiful, quiet and off the main street, but there was nothing to do (other than get a driver).

    Beautiful sea view, near to sanur, denpasar, and ubud, but beach has plastic and wooden trash. During rainy season, moths come out every where outside and inside villa. Kitchen is separate from the villa, overall, villa needs upgrade.

    From the moment I arrived l felt very welcomed by the owners...

    From the moment I arrived l felt very welcomed by the owners & staff who made me feel like part of the family knowing l was travelling alone. My villa had a private garden & verandah with my own pond with fish & a waterfall. Such a peaceful & beautifully spacious room serviced daily. The organic food & drinks were delicious & the house frozen margarita became a daily treat for me. Prices were so inexpensive so l could indulge. The staff are always smiling & laughing as this boutique resort is a place they love to be also . The views are breathtaking & the peace it brought me filled my heart with such joy. I highly recommend this to any traveller .

    I loved how green the scenery was.

    I loved how green the scenery was. And there is a lot of art in every form from paintings to gold and silver jewelry. There are so many shops. And the monkey forest is also a highlight around the center of ubud. There are also many international cuisines to choose from such as Japanese, Mexican, and Indian. Don't forget to try an ATV ride or hike up Mount Batur, too. So fun!
