The room was great, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The room had everything we could possibly need unlike other rooms we booked in other cities, such as kettle, toohbrushes, coffee and tea, glasses, etc. The personell was very friendly and welcomming, definetelly a like.

The location is perfect with close and convenient access to the monasteries. Views from the hotel are amazing. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious with a focus on incorporating local produce. An easy walk to some excellent restaurants. Would highly recommend if you are after a quiet spot - not a sound can be heard at night.

What an excellent place to choose for a short or a long stay in Pelion! We are very happy to have stayed there for a long weekend at the end of the summer. The hotel has been recently renovated, so, everything is new and of top quality. It is located under the shade of the beautiful huge trees in the village square. Waking up and being surrounded by these beautiful trees offered us great and positive energy! We booked and stayed in the family deluxe room which was spacious and it also had a large sofa and a studying desk. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and they went out of their way in order to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mr Christos, thank you mrs Lili and all the rest of the staff. We were offered freshly made home made plum jam as a special treat! Whatever was offered in the breakfast area, it was of excellent quality. Their priority was to offer seasonal local fruits. We were lucky enough to be there and taste the first local apples of the season. Two different types of local homemade pies were on offer every day in the breakfast buffet. Lili prepared traditional loukoumades, which were served with the famous local honey of Pelion. Besides, coffee was included in the price, whereas, it is common practice to be charged extra for hot drinks at breakfast time, in other hotels imin Pelion. The atmosphere in this small traditional hotel is friendly and relaxing. The top quality bed linen and mattresses ensured that we slept very well. Also, the hotel has a centrally installed heating and cooling system. However, the trees in the square offered sufficient shade and coolness, therefore, we didn’t need to use the cooling system in August. We would love to visit this beautiful hotel in winter and experience staying there again. Once again, thank you for your hospitality!🙏

    We were pleasantly surprised with a completely unexpected and beautiful upgrade to the Nest Infinity room with a hot tub. Staff is very kind, friendly and accommodating! The selection of different areas and beaches in the resort is unmatched - you can watch both - sunrise and sunset from the beaches reached by foot or a complementary buggy. Food and coffee were great. Housekeeping and hot tub cleaning were done exemplary well! Our chihuahua dog travelling with us also had one of the best times of her life!

The hotel is located on a sloping street, very quiet, but close to the central area of the village which we were able to visit easily. The bar is very well stocked, and the desserts were very good. We've booked a room with the see view and it was breathtaking, from our room's balcony we were able to see the sunset. The room also was very clean. Air conditioning worked well.     Location next to Meteora, town size, great restaurants, friendliness of our hostess, Meteora-e- Bike Rental at Ianninon 4 near roundabout and square where we rented bikes first day for sunset tour and second day in our own to visit Monasteries. We were also fortunate to watch a procession in town to celebrate Saint Francis of Assisi that included monks, priests, folks in traditional dress, and a marching band.

    Better than we expected......various areas to visit, a busy promenade with many shops and restaurants, the port area with some lovely tavernas overlooking the sea, we liked the local beach Megali Ammos which was walkable from our hotel and had 3/4 lovely restaurants...our favourite was the Thessaloniki. Great bus service every 10 mins. Not too many families so ideal for couples or singles. Plenty of boat trip options, etc.

    A trip to the east coast of the peninsula is a must, thanks to passing and parking in beautiful villages built on the sides of the mountains, the road is in very good condition with twists and clear signage. A cruise along the remote beaches of the island with caves and refreshing swimming. The restaurant, whose name I don't remember from the caves, serves tourists and therefore charges an exorbitant price for a small fish and very poor and rather dismissive service.

Amazing in the evening and very vibrant. Romantic dinners by the shore along with cool cocktail bars in the backstreets. Great vibe.

You will enjoy the BEST coffee in all Greece no doubt and the food options are many and will satisfy all needs!     Very beautiful traditional Greek mountain village with small shops (local products) and few restaurants. Difficult to find parking in the center of the village, one public parking but it's very small. Easy to make road trips around Pelion area - go around if you have a car, this is one of the most beautiful regions in Greece (also in summer, not only winter). Some part of the roads (in Pelion area, not in Portaria) were destroyed in winter 2024 during storms. Unfortunately, they were still destroyed in July 2024. You can go around by car, roads are not closed, but needs a bit attention in many places and wouldn't recommend to drive at night (dark). Time from Portaria to beach (Agios Ioannis, Papa Nero) took from us abt 40 min so take your time. To Village "Kala Nera" (nice beach, long with plenty of place in July) a bit less.

    This is a spacious and well thought out property . Gorgeous interior and everything thought about from the use of space , seating area/breakfast bar and kitchen with a really large balcony. The bed is very big and extremely comfortable, if I had one criticism it would be that I could hear our neighbours shower or use of their hairdryer but this was only something minor. Excellent property and value for money in a beautiful location , 10 min walk into Skiathos town but if you don’t fancy the walk some beautiful tavernas on your doorstop , would 100% stay again and recommend.

    Alonnissos has great beaches, excellent food (traditional and modern), nice weather and a few folklore and antiquities (mainly on the Ottoman period, while some underwater archaeological sites are developing right now). It's good to have a car (and even better a 4X4), since most beaches are not in walking distance. Chora (the old village) is really pittoresque.

    A magical area of Greece worth spending 2 - 3 full days or more. The Monestaries, the Hermit Caves, Prehistoric Theopetra Cave, the early Greek Orthodox Churches, such as the byzantine church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary , and the Hellenistic and Roman ruins - are all worth spending the time to visit and learn more about them.
