Everything. We travel a lot and have travelled around Europe but this hotel was above and beyond any place we have stayed so far. The creativity of the design, definitely is something to look forward to. rooms are super clean, the hotel management is super generous with providing almost any snack you might crave and refilling it free of charge. The view is breath taking. The breakfast was such a smart idea to be served in picnic baskets behind the door. We Loved Everything and looking forward to go back.

    This is my second stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful starting from the reception, with a beautiful attitude. The rooms are super clean. The hotel ambiance is superb especially if you are looking to live the swiss Alp experience with its woody furniture style and cozy atmosphere. My first visit was in summer and the weather was good in the room. There is a fan that cools the place in a good way. The hotel location is perfect. Beautiful scenery surrounds it including the Jungfrau mountain. The area of the hotel is quiet which makes you enjoy the scenery more. Everything is within a walking distance, nevertheless, two bust stations are within a few steps from the hotel. We had breakfast and it was very good. The style of the breakfast room is beautiful. It lets you feel you are living in a swiss Alp home. The food variety was very good. They would ask daily about how you would prefer to have your eggs in case you would like to eat eggs for breakfast. Our experience in this hotel added a lot of joy to our visit to Interlaken.

    The hotel is at an excellent location and it takes only 5 minutes to walk from the Interlaken West train station to the hotel. There is a bus stop at hardly 1 minute walk from the hotel which made commuting really easy. The best part is that the staff is super friendly & helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options (hot & cold) to choose from. In addition, the hotel had complementary coffee and cake in the lobby every evening for anyone to come and enjoy. The hotel and its staff had all the necessary information to visit the attractions in and around Interlaken which helped a lot.

    Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

    A great place to sleep if you wanted to visit Interlaken and all the other attractions in the Jungfrau Region :-) The transportation is pretty easy - you have a bus i12 minute-ride, a train 4-7 minutes, and a ferry to Interlaken. The place is not busy, therefore you can relax there more. There are some amazing hotels by the lake, such as Brienzesee Hotel - amazing!!! It is a great starting point to all other villages and cities.

    Hotel is fair. Nice view and off the tourist are Big dissapointmnet was i left an airpillow in the room and asked them to mail it back to me. They agreed for a fee which i duly wired and paid but never receive the pillow Big dissapointment Esp when i showed them the wire transfer as well

    Nice view of the lake but definately do not book this hotel it was not a good place , most rooms derelict, carpet’s threadbare on the stairs , lifts not working , notices taped to the doors of most rooms that looked as though they had been condemned.

    t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer.

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

    Bönigen is lovely as it’s quiet and peaceful but it’s very easy to get to Interlaken centre to do day trips in the area. There is plenty to do also right in Bonigen there are lots of water activities and trails. It’s beautiful the lake is stunning. We did not have a car this house is fully accessible by public transport and food can be bought in the local shops or the big supermarket in Interlaken Ost the station you will pass through when you make any trips outside Bonigen.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained. The villa is incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms that offered plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which was a big plus for me. You could tell the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable experience. Place, villa, cleanliness, location, hospitality.     Excellent stay! Carina and Christian we’re brilliant. Room was ready before check in. We arrived two hours early so just wanted to dump our bags and go but Christian checked if the room was ready and it was so he let us check in 2 hours earlier which was amazing. Both very friendly. We had drinks in our room in the evening and they always gave us ice and glass whenever we asked. Only fall back of this location is that the last bus to the hotel in Habkern from Interlaken west is at 7.05pm. If you miss that, the only way to the hotel is a cab which is a 19 min ride but costs 40th f. We got hit so beware.
