She made an effort to speak to the children and give us key information. We actually got a room upgrade, which was lovely. The owner was there every day and we had a set table daily which was nice. Pool was a good size and temperature. There was a daily menu of the main meal. The room was big and had a balcony. The bathroom was ok, perfectly adequate. Location for the hotel is at the end of the village, but a perfect location for us. It takes 4-5 mins to walk into the village. Near the cable car lift, spar and cafes. The village is friendly. The hotel had a swimming pool and games room which the children liked. There was also a trampoline and rabbits outside. Staff friendly and helped when we asked. There was a lounge area with a sofa and a coffee table which was good for relaxing in the evenings. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful and easy to control - no counterintuitive temperature setting and no sudden temperature changes halfway through. The owners were really friendly and we had a nice chat with them every morning at breakfast. Andreas, one of the owners, even gave us a hugely important piece of advice about buying point cards to use the lifts rather than day passes, which saved us quite a lot of money. The ski/boot/dry room was warm and clean, an ideal setting to get ready in the morning before going out to ski.Guest review byMichaelGermany

Also what is good that there are many hooks to hang the clothes. Someone thought properly when reconstructing this apartment. The cook in the kitchen is Slovakian and cooks perfectly. There were so many thoughtful touches from the housekeeping staff that made our stay that much more comfortable. We picked the dinner and breakfast package, which was spot on, and the restaurant had a very friendly atmosphere. We even made some new friends with those that we were sat next to. Great resort for families and for beginners. Ski school is brilliant for anyone who wants to start learnig to ski. I recommend the lockers in Margreiter to save you from carrying all that ski gear up and down the ountain.Guest review byKevinIreland - 10.0

For such a small town in the alps, there was quite a lot going on in Niederau. There are several bars and restaurants, as well as a couple of supermarkets and to ski pistes, which are unfortunately not connected, but there is a bus between the two.Guest review byIanUnited Kingdom
