We loved everything! It's close to the slopes (about 10 min drive). We loved our room, the dinners, the sauna (Finnish and steam), the staff were welcoming, helpful and always available. There is also a heated ski room. When I asked we found out this is a family-run hotel since several generations. Thank you for having us! I've stayed in perhaps 30 hotels in various countries and this was a special and memorable experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Authentic staff, helpful and friendly. Spacious sauna area with cosy ambient. Impressive location in the picturesque valley along the Salza river between remote mountains; full of lush forests and the steep north walls of the Hochschwab. Great for all travelers seeking a calm atmosphere with history and local charme.

I really liked the friendly staff, which was mostly Czech speaking, so it was a huge benefit for us. The hotel was very cozy and clean. In fact, we had only a double room, so we didn't expect any large space, where you could park your own Jumbo jet, and the hotel met our expectations. :D But we definitely couldn't complain about the space at all.

It was in the heart of the city

My room was clean and fresh, no moldy odor. I had luck with room 107. I didn't dare to try the restaurant, due to comments. 😃

The room was clean and located in a beautiful area about 1 km from the center of Lunz. Breakfast was luxurious, generous, and served. There were rolls, ham, salami, cheese, butter, jams, fruit, and vegetables. We were also offered a choice of scrambled eggs or fried eggs. To drink, there was coffee and juice. Outside, there is a seating area for enjoying beer or wine. We were able to charge and store our e-bikes in the building.

Remote location, good value for money, breathtaking views from the garden, very clean rooms and the trust that owners put on people - everything was done without direct contact. You just come, rest and leave.
