    Sharjah adjoins Dubai in the UAE but there is no...

    Sharjah adjoins Dubai in the UAE but there is no interconnecting public transport so you must rely on taxis (more expensive) or Uber (better choice). People in Sharjah were quite friendly, more so than Dubai although again people were not unfriendly. While there are some interesting sites to visit, it is not as grand or varied as Dubai. That said, Dubai not that special either! Not somewhere I'll be rushing back to, but if there had not been a conference to attend, I probably wouldn't have gone there in the first place.

    Small city with all facilities available. Economical than Dubai. Ample shopping centers and restaurants to hang out! Love to go back and chill whenever want to relax! Good beaches and there is a walking bay around the beach also!

    The lagooon area in Sharjah was fantastic and shops are everywhere at very good prices. There are lagoon cruises organized for 30-60 minutes in the evening, very good I recommend. The Lagoon promenade is fantastic... Enjoy

    We didn't do much as this was a break on a trip back from Australia just to chill out. But if you want a quiet holiday this is the place nand if you want to visit the big shopping malls in Sharjah and Dubai the hotel offered free shuttle buses to both

    Umm Al Quwain is a very quite and peaceful emirate. Its a perfect place to take a break from the busy life of the city. We visited mall of UAQ. The lulu hypermarket there will cater to all our needs. We mainly ate at the restaurants in the hotel itself, Backwaters (Keralite) and Bavaria (German). Good food and reasonably priced.

    Well starting from the check-in process it was a smooth experience it was done really quickly and then the breakfast part that I enjoyed most.     Nice and peaceful city, has everything as per necessities. Loved the sea, they have Starbucks, Hardees, KFC, McDonald's etc, what else could you wish for. Definitely, a great place to visit and Flamingo Beach & Resort is highly recommended. You can go for swimming by the sea, crab hunting, fishing, boating, jet ski or lay down by the sea and bathe in the sun. Amazing experience!
