The people working on keeping the area clean and the food stocked were very kind. The front desk was phenomenal! I don’t remember his name, but he was so welcoming and accommodating at the front desk during check in and the few times I saw him after checking in, he asked how we were doing which made us feel cared for.

Located near the Chicago River, the hotel with free WiFi access is 10 minutes’ walk from Navy Pier. everything was perfect, they gave us discounts for parking and breakfast, it always adds up to the experience. ETA resto has very good options we liked it, the location is perfect.
