The hotel's pool and beach areas were immaculate, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were part of the family. We can't wait to come back to Key West and stay here again. Excellent location, exceptionally clean and very nice rooms. All brand new and it looked as though the rooms have never been used. All the personal were very nice and helpful.

I have been to Key West dozens of times and this is the best place I stayed by far, I would take it over any fancy hotel I have stayed in the area. Sophia and Shawn (or Sean?) are perfect hosts. The breakfast is great, with fruit, mimosas, great coffee and much more. They also hace a charming Happy Hour that they serve cheese and crackers and good wine.
