We loved this lodge from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed by Deb and shown to our room which was amazing. Hearing the back story to this delightful lodge was both sad and heartwarming. The love and dedication and hard work to make this lodge a special and memorable place has truly paid off. The rooms are exquisite, the common areas are welcoming and the wide verandah is gorgeous. What is not to love about this place. The unexpected home cooked breakfast on our first morning there was delicious also. A departing hug just sealed the deal - this was a special place!!!

Stayed 4 nights to explore Black Hills and Badlands. Was great being just outside Rapid City, but with a restaurant and bar on site an added extra, I didn't realize this when I booked. Adam and Andrea are great hosts, very helpful and would 100% recommend 👌 Nightly live music playing as well.

Everything was in good working condition and the bed was comfortable. Parking was adequate and well lit. Very pet friendly. Lots of wildlife in area. Definitely will stay again when in area.
