It’s located away from the main tourist hub and shops so it’s in a quieter part of town, but also only a few minutes walk to the town centre. I really enjoyed the wide variety of food at breakfast everyday. The staff was very helpful and always available. Very quick responses on WhatsApp. They helped me out with booking airport transfers and tours and sent me reminders as well. Their sister property Sultan Cave Suites is just down the road and it’s possible to watch the balloons from their terrace.

All of our rooms are one of a kind in their shape and size. The cave rooms were carved by various settlements over the centuries and later renovated keeping their rich heritage intact. Our stone rooms were built with local stones in the Old Cappadocian style to mimic the cave experience. It was very nice. Inside the hotel there is Kaira Rooftop, a known rooftop in Göreme with live music at sunset. In the terrace you have a good view of the balloons but next to the hotel there is the entrance to the “sunset point” you can go there in the morning and have an even better view of the balloons. Buffet and drinks were nice. Our room was very good, specially the bathroom with bathtub. If it isn’t your first time in Cappadocia you can probably get another place for a cheaper price with a good location also.

Goreme Open Air Museum is only a 3-minute drive away. Wow! What a beautiful hotel is this. The staffs are super friendly. They arranged all our necessaries, provided us delicious breakfast. Super clean hotel. Rooms are well equipped.

Excellent exteriors and patio. A very ethnic vibe.. Cozy and Home like feeling. The interior designing is exceptional. Breakfast was good. The staff was excellent,l. Especially the lady at the reception. It’s a shame I don’t have her name to Mention here, but was well informed, knew what she was talking about, very pleasant,courteous and customer friendly and all their staff were efficient too.

The office manager, Haroon, was extremely hospitable and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable, and the rest of the staff were just as welcoming. This location is perfect for families with kids—the rooms are spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of freshly prepared options each morning.
