Absolutely everything! The owner was extremely friendly and kind, he invited me to see all his artwork when I arrived and I met his family and had an amazing traditional Tunisian couscous! I spent hours conversing with them - what a lovely experience. He was very thorough on explaining the home and even had fracassie, cheeses, and yogurt available for my arrival. The home was more than I expected. Prefect kitchen with all the ammenities. Bath tub to relax, salon area to chill, massive bedroom with fun and gorgeous decorations all over the home. It was close to the city as well as the beach, lovely cafe close by and supermarket for anything you need it just a 2 min walk. I was also given a few unexpected gifts before my departure, and this was so lovely and kind! I will def be renting this place again when I return to Tunisia in April! It’s in a great position near the TGM station, a roomy little apartment with sml but v. Adequate kitchen. It’s seperate fm the main house but safely nearby. Owners were lovely & responded quickly.

Dar May - Maison d'hôte di Tunis terletak 16km dari Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum dan menawarkan penginapan berhawa-dingin dengan WiFi percuma, serta akses kepada teres. Absolutely beautiful little spot. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even coming out at midnight to help find us in the souk warren on arrival. The rooms and spaces have so much character and the breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. The location is ideal for exploring Tunis and is a little oasis amongst the wonderful chaos. Only regret not being able to stay longer.
