Unbelievably cheap, absolutely best price we have found ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, and the value you get for your money? Wow. Everything is clean! Like actually clean! And so comfortable! There's wifi, and the internet is actually pretty good! I couldn't believe it. You get your own independent little cabin with a private bathroom, and you're in nature with peace and quiet. I would happily have stayed a month.  They also rent motorbikes in excellent condition, also for the cheapest price we have found in any country. You do need a motorbike here because the resort is in the middle of nowhere, but if you don't know how to drive too well, this is the perfect place to learn. All the roads around are excellently paved and mostly empty: there's almost no traffic at all. And the countryside is beautiful to just drive around and enjoy. The family that runs the place is super sweet.

Great stay. Very good breakfast. Nice rooms. Very convenient for the Golden Triangle. But above all the amazing owners and rest of the staff. Cannot thank you enough for all the help and support with our trip and all the hospitality.

Menawarkan basikal percuma dan taman, Panna Kalong mempunyai penginapan di Chiang Khong dengan WiFi percuma dan pemandangan gunung. Excellent value for money accommodation. The owner picked us up from the Thai check office and the next day took us to Chiang Khong to take the bus to Chiang Rai, at no extra charge. In the evening we ate excellent Thai food at their restaurant. Also in the morning his wife gave us delicious fruit from their garden as we left. Definitely highly recommended.

Dennis and Earny were so nice and friendly. Their hospitality went above and beyond as they took care of every need we had. The room was spacious and luxurious, the pool was beautiful and the view was amazing. Also the food was delicious and the coffee was so good and fresh. An amazing place, highly recommend!

Communication was excellent, the place felt homely and it was close to the market, shopping centre, BIG C and 7-11.

The Garden House, tempat penginapan dengan taman, terletak di Chiang Rai, 3.4km dari Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street, 3.9km dari Wat Pra Sing, dan juga 4.3km dari Patung Raja Mengrai. Reasonably stocked fridge, better than an average hotel. Of course you need to share the cost to replenish it. Fully furnished property, fully equipped kitchen even with a washer and a dryer. A pouch of liquid detergent was there ready for us. I didn't check if it had a dish washer as we didn't need one. Full set of cutlery and table ware but we only found out in the last minutes as we didn't have enough time to check all the amenities. A perfect residential area as we preferred. If you drive it is a perfect 4 bedroom homestay for the price. Basically, it is a second home and has everything you need for your stay. Now, I am sitting in a hotel room of another town and regretting not staying in a homestay as there is no ice or ice tray in the hotel's measly fridge. 😕

This place is a veritable paradise, so much so that we completely lost track of time at the pool and ended up checking out late. No one was rushing us out or reminding us, just letting us relax and no charge for the late check out. We went during their low season so they kindly and without prompting upgraded our family to their lovely Thai style wood house villa where we enjoyed the cool country air as we drank and ate with old friends. I am looking forward to staying here on our next trip.
