Absolutely gorgeous, historic accommodation in the heart of Strängnäs. You can see the Domkyrka bell tower from the bedroom window and it’s a short walk to the harbour and windmill (well worth a tour—it’s free and the guides are fantastic). Henrik and Isa have thought of every comfort and are incredibly obliging hosts. The bed is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Strängnäs itself is adorable. Its location on Mälaren makes for a beautiful outlook, there are cafes, restaurants and boutiques. There are shops, pubs and swimming spots. The train takes you to Stockholm in less than an hour and it’s not too far to Mariefred and Gripsholms Slott. I mean, what’s not to love? Henrik and Isa have good recommendations to suit your needs. You should stay here!

This B&B is on the shore of Lake Mälaren, 10 km from Strängnäs and about 1 hour's drive from Stockholm city centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and private parking. Everything is amazing here. Close to animals and forest, beautyful views and buildings. Host who was managing with breakfast was super-nice.
