Arrived late at night just before check in time, super tired after a long road. You want to get there on daytime, since the last 15 miles or so will carry you on a difficult single lane warped and damaged asfalt road. The place is amazing, it was well worth it. Our room was in the attick and it was spectacular. Comfy beds, and lots of room.food was great (papanași) and a nice and cozy atmosphere in the garden, with all the folks around us trying to be quiet and feel the vibe and chill. The arhitecture of the place is quite spectacular with some very subtle fine details, great job and lots of care from the owner. We stayed only one night, but we would like to come back for more. Probably not for everyone, it depends on you're expectations, it has an artistic , summerschool feel to it I sorely miss... It worked for us!

We are very satisfied, the owner was very kind, even the owner waited for us until midnight to check in, because we came from far away and there was a lot of traffic, I recommend it. The place is great for a short or long vacation. It was very clean and tidy.

We spent a wonderful 2-night stay in Văliug and were truly impressed by every aspect of the experience. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and beautifully arranged with an incredible attention to detail — from the cozy furnishings to the little thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us (and our dog!) feel comfortable. Their hospitality made a real difference and added a personal touch to our stay. One of the highlights was the peaceful sound of the Bârzava River flowing nearby. As people coming from the city, this natural soundtrack was incredibly soothing and helped us truly unwind. A perfect place to recharge, reconnect with nature, and enjoy genuine hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!
