So much more than a hostel: a real family homestay experience, with a hug! Stefano and Pedro are wonderful hosts, I feel sheepish about not spending enough time in the garden relaxing and conversing - was too busy running around the island! The hostel is on a quiet street in the centre of Madalena, with stunning views over the Pico mountain. Rooms are spacious, each bed is curtained off for privacy, equipped with a power socket, a lamp and a fan, nice firm mattress. All communal areas are clean, and the garden is just awesome! You get a choice of cats to cuddle, and a dog :) The shared kitchen has everything you need for cooking or storing food items. Also, if you have an early start - like, climbing the mountain,- you can have tea, cereal, yoghurt and jam on toast - before the official breakfast time, just tidy up after yourself - but you'll miss the pancakes..... Definitely a hostel-home experience that I recommend and that is firmly on my re-visit bucket list!

Terletak di São Roque do Pico di kawasan Ilha do Pico, Casavó menyediakan penginapan dengan WiFi percuma. In twenty plus years with booking.com this was the best apartment we have stayed in. All of the minor annoyances we usually encounter were not there. The ensuite had a fair sized cubicle with a good shower and a basket for toiletries, there was a lot of storage space, flat surfaces near the hand basin for your toiletries, hooks on the wall and even a proper plug which worked. The sofa provided comfortable seating for both of us as did the table and four chairs. There was a wardrobe with sufficient shelves and hanging space for two people with proper wooden coat hangers not the usual pin and socket type loved by hotels. The kitchenette is extremely well equipped with oven, induction hob, full size fridge and microwave so as to enable full self catering. There are even four bins - three dedicated to recycling. The apartment is well soundproofed both internally and externally (with the windows closed obviously). Wifi reception is excellent. This is also access to a laundry containing both washing machine and a dryer as well as the usual drying racks. Finally due to self check in we did not meet the owner but he was in constant communication with us and quickly responded to any message.

This was a quiet and very comfortable place. My room had a balcony and was overlooking the ocean. There is a fully equipped and clean kitchen in the main part of the house to use as well as a little sitting area for reading. The hostess was very helpful and went above and beyond in order to make my stay as pleasurable and relaxing as possible. She helped me with phone calls and shared helpful information. Breakfasts were healthy and to my taste. There was more than enough food for one person, for example there were 12 little jars of jam to choose from combined with a warm breakfast like eggs, freshly baked buns, vegetables, fruit etc. I would recommend this place and would go back there, it felt like home.

Pico Dreams offers spacious, self-catering villas with a balcony or terrace with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Pico Mountain. Clean and comfortable. Owners were very helpful and friendly. New unit in immaculate condition..

Terletak di Piedade, Adega do capitao menawarkan taman, WiFi percuma, khidmat bilik, dan khidmat concierge. We stayed 9 nights in this nice chalet. The hosts were very helpful with everything. It was very impressing to sit outside the bedroom door and enjoy the marvellous view to the ocean and the island Sao George in the distance.

Terletak di Arrife, Quinta da Baía - AL menawarkan penginapan dengan patio dan WiFi percuma. The location was excellent. Great views from the balcony across the bay. Lovely apartment which was well equipped. Our washing dried super quick outside with the help of the Azorian breeze! Christina was lovely and she lent us her binoculars too. Car parking space next to the apartment.

The location is wonderful, the ocean view in front the house is amazing. The house is very clean and cozy place, everything is organized with attention to details and love. The hostess is incredibly friendly and helpful, what made our even short stay memorable and enjoyable. Thanks a lot for this wonderful place !

Menawarkan taman, teres, dan kemudahan barbeku, Cantinho dos Cagarros menawarkan penginapan di Lajes do Pico dengan WiFi percuma dan pemandangan laut. We liked everything very much, the house itself, the location, the views and sound of the ocean all day long... It's a not too big , but fully equiped house, nicely renovated and located in a very quiet place, overlooking the ocean. It comes with a huge tarrace with barbecue place and even better views.
