Family was wellcoming us like our own. Home made dinner were so delicious. Also we had an oportunity to spend time with his family and serve food for the monks in the temple. These memories we will never forget, this all experience was so so special. I reccomend to everybody who wants to spend chill time outside of touristic Ella.

The host and his family are super nice and welcoming. He showed us around some beautifull places around the village. The place is full of a wide variety of birds . The food was some amazing home cooked local srilankan cuisine. Perfect place relatively untouched by mass tourism.

The hosts were amazing. So welcoming to our family and open. We had the most incredible dinner and breakfast cooked by them and shared with the two families. We learnt a lot about Sri Lankan culture and would highly recommend other people to stay.

The place was spotless and very well maintained, which made it super comfortable. The hosts were so welcoming and made me feel at home right away. The food was homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious – a real highlight of the stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Yala!

Mayka is a lovely host! She and her husband organised an amazing safari for us and were really helpful and accommodating.

Terletak di Hambegamuwa di kawasan Monaragala District, Glimra eco lodge mempunyai balkoni. I traveled to this lodge alone and felt the entire time like I was visiting family. Roshani was so attentive, thorough and communicative. She not only provided accommodations but invited me on various cultural experiences so I could get a first hand experience. I highly recommend staying here!

Dengan Kuil Kataragama yang boleh disampai dalam 36km, Forest Tree Top Holiday Resort menyediakan penginapan, restoran, taman, teres dan bar. I travel extensively and the stay with Bathiya’s family at Forest Treetop holiday resort was a highlight of my trips. Bathiya picked us up from the main road and drove us in his jeep to his beautiful treehouse surrounded by farm. We fell in love with the farm immediately . There are all kinds of fruit and vegetables. He took time to explain to us the vegetables and fruit. He also took my son to do gem digging in the river surrounded by monkeys and peacocks. Later he showed us around in his jeep and also took us on a night tour near the farm. His mother cooked an amazing Sri Lankan dinner for us, we felt at home . the next morning he took us on the safari tour in Yala Park. He was amazing at spotting animals and birds . We basically owned the whole park to ourselves because we entered through the Galge entrance and most tourists go to the southern block. This is a place NOT to be missed . And you will feel true Sri Lanka hospitality with Bathiya ! And we miss the dog John

The host really made us feel welcome at his gorgeous accomodation. He is a very interesting man with even better cooking skills. The food was all fresh prepared and was some of the best we had in Sri Lanka (and we had a lot). It was an absolute pleasure and we wish him all the best!
