The family was super kind and the meals were plentiful and delicious. As it is isolated, you will probably eat all your meals here, they are good and well priced. Jungle tour recommended by Sahara, was fun and interesting. He was very easy to coordinate with for the pickup/dropoff by 4x4 from the nearest town. This place is so special, I cannot recommend it enough.

The room was new, clean, and beautifully designed. The lush garden featured a charming hammock and swing, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming. We can ask delicious local breakfast based on our preferences, and the owner's coffee was simply outstanding. Essentials like bath towels and toilet paper were provided. The property was a wildlife haven, with two adorable dogs and frequent visits from monkeys, birds, and squirrels. Convenience was key—supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches were all within walking distance. The motorbike rental service significantly expanded my exploration possibilities. His warm family—always smiling and incredibly kind—made the stay truly memorable. His mom even cooked curry for us. It was delicious. An unexpected delight was discovering the owner, Amila, speaks fluent Japanese. He generously shared insights about Sri Lankan culture, making this more than just a accommodation, but a cultural experience. Highly recommended!

After a long drive we were met with a warm welcome, glasses of cold juice, and a pre-air-conditioned room with a lovely smell. The room had everything to make you feel at home: tasteful decor, comfortable beds, AC, plenty of storage space, a bright portable lamp to get you through brief power cuts was a lovely touch. Everything’s VERY clean. Any questions/issues were resolved momentarily. Special mention goes to breakfast - BEST breakfast you can get on this island. Huge thank you to the hosts for providing such a great experience <3

Lovely family with cute dog, great breakfast with many different options. There is the option to organise laundry and taxi.

The hotel is very well located, directly on the beach with amazing view from the room and from their garden. Next to it is a beach where you can go snorkeling with turtles. Hotel is giving great vibe, very cozy, chill, safe and clean. Stuff is very helpful. Very easy to communicate and they help you with arranging everything, from renting a scooter, calling tuk tuk, room service, they offer you equipment for snorkeling. If i come back i am sure i book it again.
