The apartment is spotlessly clean with mosquito nets fitted to all the windows and doors. Being a mosquito magnet I didn’t get bitten once during our stay here. Air conditioning in both bedrooms, and two fans in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped. Amazing views from the on site swimming pool and property. Location: Great location in between Castries and Rodney Bay, with plentiful buses to both locations and beyond (10-15 minutes ride). Walking distance (with kids) to Glace Supermarket. Less than 10 minutes walk to Calabash Cove Resort and beach. There were also two other beaches nearby but we didn’t have time to visit them. The Hosts: Hazel and Colin were very responsive even before we made the booking. We arrived on Good Friday which is a local public holiday with no shops open. Hazel warned us beforehand and even offered to do some shopping for us before our arrival. Hazel has prepared a detailed booklet on how to operate everything inside the apartment, with recommendations and directions to nearby attractions and eateries. After I mentioned that I was surprised there are not many fresh fruits in St Lucia, Hazel gave us a big papaya freshly picked from her garden the next day. We really enjoyed talking to Hazel and Colin, and wished we could stay for a few more days.

The guest house has a sun terrace and a hot tub. Pat was amazing as she made us feel truly welcome. From the moment we arrived she checked in with us and brought a few essentials for breakfast. She also assisted with ordering & picking up our dinner the first evening. (Which was super as we were starved from a long day of travel). Pat was also very flexible with having us arrive one day early for check in. The next couple days Pat offered to take us into Marigot as well contact a taxi ride to get a few groceries. Before we left she treated us with St Lucian cake and secured our ride to our next location. We loved that she checked in with us to ensured we arrived safe. Our experience was truly one of a kind!
