The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, going above and beyond to make our short stay unforgettable. Even though we could only stay for one night, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The peaceful atmosphere, amazing location, and exceptional service make this place a true gem. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Luang Prabang — you won’t be disappointed!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good. Our room was a nice size with a comfortable bed, bathroom and shower. It was quiet. We loved the view of the river.

The hotel is very centrally located yet serene inside and the room was well laid out with a nice balcony view to the hills. The staff were very friendly and kind - particular thanks to James (x2), Amber, Mone and Yang who were all very helpful making sure our stay was comfortable. They organised trips for us to the caves and waterfall as well as providing a complimentary buggy service to restaurants. The Mekong Sunset Cruise led by Asri was an absolute highlight and a must do. Last but not least, the breakfast quality and service was outstanding.
