It was clear to us that a lot of thought and planning were given to make this accommodation as comfortable as possible for guests. The location of the hotel was perfect, with walking distance from the train station, the tower and the shops. Also loved the roof top terrace. The self check-in worked very well, at first it sounded complicated, however it functioned smoothly. Will stay here again when visiting Pisa next time.

You are fortunate to have them. Nina is honestly the face of the brand !and she, along with everyone else was always happy to help with a beautiful smile. What a fabulous staff you have. We were even upgraded in our room for the night. It gave us so much more space. The rooms were generous, the bathroom was fantastic, the staff absolutely amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
