The restaurant at the Refugio is delicious, if you stay there you have to go to the restaurant, highly recommend it. I can safely say it was the best place we stayed in Sardinia. The Nichotel is set in the historic centre of Carloforte, near the picturesque promenade and the central square where you can find a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops. Perfect location, sparklingly clean rooms, great breakfasts but the staff really made the whole holiday extra special. They were kind, attentive, knowledgeable and so very friendly. I lost my bag with my passport in it and they were super understanding helping me get it back! I wish all hotel staff were so invested in their guests well-being. We always found parking few min away, easy self check-in, everything was clean, great AC, there was coffee machine and fridge, we had very nice stay!
