Perfect location, sparklingly clean rooms, great breakfasts but the staff really made the whole holiday extra special. They were kind, attentive, knowledgeable and so very friendly. I lost my bag with my passport in it and they were super understanding helping me get it back! I wish all hotel staff were so invested in their guests well-being. We booked the room with a balcony. Perfect view, typical Italian. It was very clean and spacious room. Veronica was an angel and was always there for everything you need. Also, breakfast was included in the price. The parking is in front of the building, if you have a luck you will find a spot for your car, but nothing is guaranteed. Overall, one of the best experiences! Highly recommended!
