Boutique Hotel I Cinque Balconi is centrally located in Santa Marina Salina, with beautiful views across the Mediterranean Sea and the other Aeolian Islands. The surrounding area is full of shops and restaurants and is pedestrian only during summer. We loved the room, comfortable and spacious, the view over the seaside and then islands, the rural style focused on emphasizing through single items the eolian house. Staff is amiable and attentive, rooms and overall structure are very clean and newly done. We had a perfect stay and this place made our holiday a cherished memory. The boutique hotel also features a small restaurant which has the same style as the hotel, food is genuine, local and well presented, bossa Nova music in the background, it makes a perfect spot for a lovely dinner in the summer. Highly recommend.

Featuring Aeolian-style architecture, Hotel Mamma Santina is set in several houses with terrace, balcony or patio. The resort offers views of Lipari, Panarea and Stromboli islands, and a free-form pool. Everything about the property was great - the location, the facilities, the food and most especially the personal attention given to us by the staff. The entire hotel has been carefully designed and finished retaining charm and authenticity. We found every corner to be beautifully curated, and with Stromboli as the main backdrop, it all made for a visually stunning experience. Relaxing on a hammock overlooking Stromboli on the hotel room terrace is an experience in itself. Food is excellent at both breakfast and dinner. They offer a selection of homemade marmalades, granitas and cakes for breakfast which are delightful. Dinner was also a pleasant experience and we fully recommend their exceptional pasta Norma with baked ricotta salata. Getting there and around was easy as the hotel is one alleyway away from the Main Street in Santa Maria Salina and port.
