The reception staff is excellent and at the checkout they gave us a free gift which was a hand cream from Aqua Di Parma . I appreciate it so much and will comeback one day just because of this beautiful gesture . Tiramisu and drinks at the bar are beyond amazing! Room was perfect and with a city view. Hotel smells great and the amenities are also very nice.
