About the house; first of all you will be surrounded by original Toraja houses (tongkonan), the colours and decorations inside are very cosy and welcoming. The house has no windows, therefore it is always fresh and nice temperature :) your room has a klamboe against insects and the matras is nice. The breakfast and diner, which Meyske mostly makes herself, where the best food we ate during our journey through Sulawesi. The house is situated in a nice little village 15 min out of Rantepao. Beautiful surroundings, near by the mountains, and of course surrounded by the culture of the Torajan people. This culture is very very special. Meyske is also a guide who knows everything about this ancient religion. So she can guide you and give answers to all your questions. Thanks for everything!

On top of a nice room they propose a lot of activities to do for a very fair price. They work with the local village which is very nice. We never did scuba diving before because we were scared but Patrick took the time to make us feel confident. We strongly recommend this resort in Una-Una even if you are not a diver.

Sharon made us the local breakfast porridge and it was the most delicious breakfast we have had in our travels in Indonesia. Sharon’s son Wesley, guided us on an extensive day tour of the Tomohon and the wider area and his English is excellent. Our upstairs room had a deck with a peaceful view across green fields. It was a nice to hear the church bell ringing out in the morning. Excellent warangs and restaurants close by.
