The staff were very helpful and did things in a timely manner. Very quick to respond, and very nice. I had to pay a deposit when I checked in, but I got the deposit back very quickly after checking out. The room had a nice view. It was very comfortable, and I would definitely reserve a room in this same hotel if I happen to visit Edinburgh again.

Another unusual but interesting thing was a guitar above the desk, and I played some songs, which was a nice touch. A gramophone with disks were also a nice touch for a generation X I beling to. A tasty beer and food in the bar. Central location, steps aside from main attractions.

The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Although the room was not very large, it was thoughtfully furnished, cozy, and had everything we needed. I particularly appreciated the small touches — like the daily treats, cookies, and coffee provided in the room. These little details made the whole experience feel extra special and warm. I would also like to highlight the breakfast — the atmosphere was simply wonderful. The dining room was stunning, the service excellent, and the food both delicious and beautifully presented. There was a nice selection to choose from, and it truly felt like a luxurious start to the day — the perfect way to begin exploring Edinburgh.
