Great staff, modern building, cozy rooms, delicious breakfast. Minibar is something that could be useful and bigger coffee machine in the reception, but to be honest it doesn't matter as two 5 star pastry shops are right outside and so is a convenience store. Metro is in two minute walk and it's around 15 minutes to get to the city center. Exceeding value for the cost. P.S. Clichy seemed like a safe district, quiet, big police station in the middle of it, kindergarten and a what seems to be a junior school next to the hotel, not many restaurants compared to the city, however a few quite good ones, like Viasette for example.

Bus station at 20 m from property takes you in 5 minutes to the nearest metro station. We were interested in Roland Garros tournament so it was perfect. Otherwise a little out of the center of Paris but very easy to reach in 40 minutes with bus+metro. Host very helpful, apartment has everything you need in the kitchen, in the same building you will find a supermarket. Clean, comfortable.

We spent only 4 nights in this apartment located in a new building with modern architecture. It is clean, pleasant, airy, new, equipped with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The owner is a person who pays attention to details, welcomes you with fruit on the coffee table, leaves you a guide with useful information, a dictionary with useful expressions in French and, if you have time, read the book on the table! Everything is well organized inside. You will find a hairdryer, toilet accessories , microwave, coffee machine, well equipped kitchenette. Enough space for 4 people and extremely pleasant for the time spent in the apartment. Wi-fi, Netflix, for those who want it. We communicated excellently with the owner, he was helpful. We could park the car near the building, free of charge. The apartment is located a few train/metro stations from the center of Paris (6). The station is 10 minutes from the location. We definitely made a good choice, we would gladly return here. P. S. I appreciate the fact that he chose to decorate the apartment with a natural plant, a full-flowered Anthurium.
