We liked: - the well appointed rooms, nicely decorated - great communal areas at the hotel lounge / bar - fantastic breakfast - the hotel doesn't look much from the outside but the interior decoration is beautiful - we arrived early (8am) on the night train from Helsinki but were kindly allowed to check in and were given a room straight away - Mr Mark at reception took great care of us and helped us a lot with local advice

Situated right next to the Ounasvaara Winter Sports Centre on Ounasvaara Fell, Lapland Hotel Sky Ounasvaara offers a restaurant and roof terrace with views over Rovaniemi city and the Kemijoki River... The room was clean and comfortable (with in-room sauna!), the breakfast was amazing (local specialities were particularly welcome), and I had a lovely evening at the restaurant.

This is the best place we have stayed at on this whole long trip. Super clean, comfortable and cute. Everything you might possibly want is here, and it's just two steps away from all the museums and the centre.

This property was perfect for a family! With three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, the space is very large and the location is just steps away from the main square of the town. The host was so friendly and responsive, gave clear instructions, and the property was very well maintained. We loved the heated floors in the bathroom to help warm us up.

Dalam 3.9km dari Arktikum Science Centre dan 10km dari Santa Park, Reindeer Route Apartment menawarkan WiFi percuma dan taman. This becomes a home away from home. Its out of the way, its safe for kids, there are nature walks right next to where you're staying. The place was spotless, furniture was comfy and very inviting. The old addage of you dont holiday to stay in your hotel is applicable but where you are tired and in need of just a couch day, this place absolutely fits the bill. Privacy was good, you have neighbours but you're not watching their tv and listening to their music by proximity. Lots of animals doing the rounds also, we saw white rabbits bouncing around the snow and reindeer on the nature trails. The host was very obliging and despite my ludicrously early check in request still managed to cater for me and the two kids on very short notice. The host was also very obliging in offering us additional resources where we needed them and also on very short notice. Its also off the beaten track yet close to the airport. A very well balanced combination.
