Set on the Bay of Biscay and surrounded by mountains, the Higueralde guest house is located 15-minutes’ walk from the beach. It offers rooms with central heating and free Wi-Fi. We loved our stay, your place, the magnificent breakfasts, and the lovely view that never got old. Our room was spectacular! The weather was very nice. Went to a great restaurant in town twice. Less than 5 km from the coast and beside the Basque town of Irun, this charming hotel has a lovely garden and free internet. Beautiful rooms. Modern and stylish and the hotel was also just as nice with a log fire blazing in reception. Nice touch.

Casa Rural Ekoigoa is set in the heart of the Basque countryside, by the Urola River. There is free WiFi and free parking and Zumaia Beach is just 7 km away. Family run establishment, kind and very amicable towards my elderly parents and young child. We especially enjoyed the animals on the property( cat, donkeys, goats) and the friendliness of the townspeople of the village. Townspeople were absolutely lovely , warm and welcoming . Plenty of hot water!

Staff service was exceptional, they were so helpful in getting us to the parking, through the check in to the rooms, and always with a smile! The room was great, spacious and with a massive tv. Great location too.

Convenient and beautiful location perfect for stopping on our way back from Spain. We received a very warm welcome from our hosts. As did our 2 dogs :-) Our room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. We were able to walk our dogs straight from the door, round lovely streets and semi rural tracks with views of the mountains. There was a communal area where we could make tea and coffee and there was a fridge and microwave. We were invited to eat our own food there if we wished. Our room was dark and quiet at night, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hosts went to extra trouble to provide a vegan breakfast for us which we really appreciated.
