Very enjoyable both for adults and children. The hotel also offers a good juice bar, liked the idé of utilizing herbs from their own grounds, such as lemongrass and mint. Dinner meals are very good, in which seating is on the floor, we also enjoyed this cultural experience. Overall, a very good stay with an enjoyable athmosphere, kind staff, ready to help with tour arrangments, transportation etc. Very much recommend. Kristian and Annika

Situated in Siwa in the Marsa Matrouh region, Qasr El salam has a garden. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. This hotel made our stay in Siwa truly amazing. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious with direct access to the pool. Breakfast on the terrace with beautiful views on Siwa and oasis and amazing sunrise watching was from the second roof. The owner Ali was really nice, he let us check-in early, right after we came by bus from Cairo, the same for late check-out when we we’re waiting for our evening bus back to Cairo. He provided transportation to and from hotel free of charge. He arranged all the trips for the best prices, we were very satisfied. He exchanged our euros to EGP with no fees and with best exchange rate. He also went to bus station to buy our tickets back to Cairo and he didn’t ask anything for it, we just paid the price of the ticket in euros.

The location is great. The beach is calm and wonderful. It was an excellent vacation. I highly recommend the chalet.

I absolutely loved the magical moments of stargazing at midnight from the hot spring within the lodge. The night sky was simply out of this world (literally), with shooting stars making a spectacular show. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, particularly Lamia, the owner who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The local staff Khaled, Domom, Mohamed were very kind, generous and attentive. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was a delightful with fresh local ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the traditional siwan tea. The morning meal was served in a peaceful setting within a big dom, quite the place. The location of the ecolodge provided a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. I totally recommend, and definitely will love to visit again.
