It was so nice to relax there with a coffee and watch the activity.on the river. Samir the manager is very kind and helpful. The first night there was a storm and he prepared food for us to eat in our room. The second night we ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink and our Abu Simbel trip was well organised with breakfast to take with us ( and beautiful). Internet at this hotel was the best we had in our entire 14 day stay travelling in Egypt . This is a charming little hotel , beautiful traditional decor, great staff. We would stay again

The breakfast is very good and energizes most of the day. The restaurant is excellent, we ate typical quality Nubian dishes. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of fantastic sunsets while enjoying very good drinks (fresh fruit juices and hibiscus karkadè recommended). Kafana organized several tours for us (Abu Simbel, Aswan, Nubian island) at a very good price compare with others and everything with precision and punctuality.
