The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

The facility is very nice with their own restaurant. The room was excellent with a wonderful view on the Elba River. There is a free parking lot. The MADISON Hotel Hamburg is located in central Hamburg, just 200 metres from the St. Michaelis Church. It offers large studios, a stylish bar, and a restaurant serving international food. This hotel just screams high end with really high quality furnishings, luxury bathrooms and room amenities. The bar and lobby are super nice. I appreciated that the rooms were not cramped and there was parking on site. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The rate for the rooms are reasonable in comparison to the other hotels in the area without compromise of comfort! Its close to all that Hamburg has to see. Its in a quiet nook but still in the center of everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Hamburg
