When we arrived in Revelton, we didn't know whether to give up sightseeing and stay in the apartment! a children's room, a mini music museum and the children are occupied! very nice decor, clean, well-equipped, comfortable bed. Pleasant surprise: earplugs but they were not needed because it was quiet.

There is evern heated floor in the bathroom. The system of lights ensures strong light if you need or just ambient environment to make the place more cozy at evenings. The localistation is very good. Shops, snacks bars, cafe, restaurants, pharmacy - this all is just nearby. The contact with the staff is excellent.

Located in Františkovy Lázně, Revelton Studios Františkovy Lázně offers accommodation with a seating area and a kitchenette. Free WiFi is available. Everything was great. It's an old building renovated with taste. The surroundings are nice and very calm. It's very clean. Good breakfast. Great value for this price. What I loved the most was the obvious focus on customer experience. We had a dog and when we arrived there was a cushion for her to sleep and bowls ready to use. We also have a small kid who could play on the terrace and with the toys in breakfast room. They embraced perfectly new technology. It's easy to communicate with staff and to enter the building. They are qr codes everywhere to get instructions for the washing machine or connect to wifi. In many hotels where we stayed, you feel like they are only after your money, here they are obviously driven by the objective to please customer. We'll be back.

The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. Perfect location, easy parking, big comfortable room and amazing view! Breakfast was good too.

The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free.
